What has me so upset is the lie about the gym. Booking.com said it was available, and when I asked twice about the fitness centre, they confirmed I could use it. But hotel guests aren't allowed in, and the gym isn't even under the hotel's jurisdiction. Please make sure the listed facilities are actually available. It's really disappointing when they matter to someone choosing where to stay. Also, don't expect a friendly, smiling welcome at reception.

The rooms are nice, the service is good, and breakfast is tasty. My main complaint is the extra charge for the fitness centre and pool. Since the hotel is next to a fitness centre, I expected free entry or at least a big discount. A morning workout costs an extra 400 hryavnas, and on weekends it doesn't open until 9:00, which is a shame. I do like the place.

The hotel is just two floors in that big building shown online, and they should make that completely clear to guests. The furniture is old and outdated, and breakfast is very modest.

Getting to the room means finding your way through a maze of corridors, and the place feels unsafe and noisy. Neither the TV nor the safe works. I'd rate it three stars at most.

The apartment wasn't ready when we booked it. Cables were hanging out of the wall, there was no crockery or cutlery, and there was no telephone. The internet hadn't been connected either. The walls were so thin we could hear the neighbours.
