Breeze Hotel

The location made getting to the main sights easy, with everything else I needed close by. The staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed my time here and will come back.

Noise and commotion were about all this place had going for it. The beach is shared, and people from neighboring hotels eat there. What the website promises is nowhere near what we found. The accommodations and service were bad, but the booking process was worse. Our check-in was only confirmed after we'd already returned home from a week's vacation, relieved we'd at least avoided Briz. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!

The rooms were wonderful for the price, and the sea isn't far, though getting there means going down and back up a lot of stairs. I stayed in Arcadia that year, where the beaches are better and cleaner, and the sand looks like it was brought in recently. We didn't have a balcony, and there wasn't enough room inside to dry our towels. Our room faced the road and we could hear the tram, but it didn't bother us much with the window closed and the air conditioner on. The administrators were polite, and we chatted with them briefly each day. Thanks for the stay.

We booked ahead and agreed on a price, but when we arrived, they quoted a different one. We'd driven a long way and were tired. There was nobody at reception, so after pressing the button as instructed and waiting, I pressed it again. A woman came out looking annoyed and started being rude right away. The owner didn't even greet us or put on a bathrobe. She asked if I was from Europe. When I said no, she told me it was obvious I was from there because everyone there was stupid. Is that really how guests should be spoken to? The owner is old, but lets customers be rude, and the staff and management should be ashamed. When she started jabbing at us and we asked how she could speak to visitors that way, the so-called manager threw us out, saying we shouldn't talk to her like that. I came to rest after a long drive, and they were rude from the start, then kicked me out for speaking up. Shame. Life is a boomerang, and she'll get back what she's done. If you don't want your vacation ruined, don't waste your time on this crazy woman.
