The location is wonderful, and breakfast was fantastic. I had a couple of frustrations, but the staff responded right away and tried to sort them out. Since they moved so quickly to fix things, it doesn’t feel fair to include the issues in my review. Judging by the other reviews, I think my experience was unusual.

I’d happily return in summer to enjoy the outdoor pool area and restaurant Terrace. The small restaurant and bar serve excellent food, and the service is exceptional. I still highly recommend the place, even though the apartment-style room I’d originally booked wasn’t available because of a mechanical failure caused by cold weather. They did what they could to make it right, including discounts on service and deals on amenities.

The restaurant has an Italian design in both its space and meals. The rooms are modern and clean, and breakfast is good. Golden Beach, one of the cleanest beaches in Odessa, is a five-minute walk away. The hotel has everything you need for a few days on the Black Sea in Odessa.

The pool area is nice but quite small, with only eight sunbeds and two umbrellas. The location is good, and the staff are friendly. It can be noisy now and then, too. The bar closes at 22:00, and when we tried to order a snack at 21:50, we were told the kitchen had already closed.

The beach is only a few minutes away on foot. We spent a week here in summer and got great customer service. The restaurant downstairs has everything you need, with great drinks too. Great hotel!
