6/10
The location is good, and with only a small number of rooms it has a family hotel feel. The furnishings are simple, but the bed and pillows weren’t very good quality, and the towels had stains. We chose to have breakfast in a cafe instead. The hotel’s breakfast setup left me frustrated: it was a tiny room with two tables and only small amounts of food on the table beside them. It felt like a shelter or something. Another big downside was being asked to pay for the stay in cash.

The staff spoke perfect English, and both the rooms and toilets were very clean. The hotel felt modern and fancy, with a lovely interior design, and breakfast was delicious. It was a delightful stay for us, cosy and clean, and the location was awesome. I felt at home during our stay at Geneva Park Hotel.

The rooms were great, and breakfast was okay. I paid quite a bit for the laundry service, and they used a dryer. Now half my T-shirts have shrunk to kids' size and I can't wear them.

The rooms are spacious, and the reception service was great. Julia was especially welcoming and made the stay enjoyable. There was some rubbish left behind by previous guests in our room, though, and the breakfast area is tiny with very few tables.

For what it costs, I expected better. My omelet at breakfast was cold, and the room looked out onto a rubbish dump.
