I stayed a few days in March 2021 and checked out the other hostels around. This was the best in the area. The staff were really friendly, everything had been renovated, and the towels and bedding were new. The beds are all on one level, and there are a couple of suites with double beds. Best of all, there wasn’t that unpleasant hostel smell. There’s a private Odessa courtyard with a big tree, plus a covered terrace on the third floor. I definitely recommend it!

It’s a small hostel in a central spot, though it can be hard to find.

For 300 UAH per bed, this is a good budget hostel in a great location. The courtyard is quiet, and there’s a basement there to use during an alarm. Just remember to knock if the door is shut. The owner and administrator are very friendly. Cleanliness could be better, and a third clothes dryer would help. Clean bedding matters to me, so we’d be happy to come back next year 🫶🏻

I paid 315 UAH for a night in the women's room. It was clean, with no unpleasant smells, and the administrators were pleasant and easy to deal with. I felt safe and would recommend it. I'd stay again.

We booked a roomy, comfortable space for six, and the photos matched what we found. The location was really convenient, and the clean bedding, towels, internet, hangers, and other basics were all there. The hostess and staff member were kind and willing to help with any questions. It was also handy that we could leave our things until the evening train without paying extra. I'm glad we picked this hostel.
