Nautilus

The children spent hours splashing in the outdoor pool, which is surrounded by lush plants that smell like a pine forest. There's also a beach about a 10-minute walk away. We stayed from July 12-15, 2023, and were very pleased with the trip. The room was cozy and had a TV and refrigerator, with free Wi-Fi available. The shared kitchen was accessible and comfortable for making different meals on request. We had a wonderful rest, slept well, and enjoyed all the water activities. Thanks to administrator Tatyana and the service staff for making it feel cozy and family-like.

The owner was very friendly and polite, and the service was really helpful. They even let us check in early and kept accommodating us. We liked both the service and location. The hotel is in a gated cottage community with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and the grounds are beautiful and clean. There's a pool, storage, and a kitchen. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes in the shade, though the route has a slope.

I left with a negative impression. The staff were rude, the rooms weren't cleaned, and my towels and bed linen had a strange smell. I was charged 900 UAH per night for a very small room with a shared shower and toilet on the floor. I stayed alone and planned six nights. Before check-in they told me there was no air conditioning. The room had an old TV, fan, wardrobe, bed, and refrigerator. I had arranged with the owner in advance to switch rooms once during my stay because my room had been booked back in the spring. When the time came, the new room wasn't ready: cobwebs everywhere, dust, an unmade bed, no towels, and a used sanitary pad in a nightstand. There are some positives: a refrigerator in the room, a clean pool with sun loungers that was nearly empty or had few people, an atmospheric garden area with many carefully tended plants, and a shared kitchen. The TV had a good selection of channels, although reception was poor. I don't recommend staying here. You could visit Nautilus if you have no other options for a vacation.

The garden at Villa Nautilus is full of green plants, pine, juniper, flowers, roses, and sweet grapes. I sometimes felt like I was back in Crimea. Sunbathing by the pool was a joy, as were breakfast and dinner there. The villa looks even better in person, and its architecture and vibe reminded me of New Orleans, or maybe French Provence. I'll share photos. The people at Nautilus are kind, cheerful, and naturally professional. You can tell they love their guests. Tatyana, the manager, is a wonderful woman, always stylish and ready to explain everything. Elena is top-notch too. I loved the villa, 10 out of 10. I plan to return to Sauvignon next year.
