The evening air by the big park is lovely, and Zelenaya Gorka beach is about a 20-minute walk. We’ve stayed here twice and liked it both times. The rooms are roomy, the staff are friendly without hovering, and having a kitchen is handy when we don’t want to go out for dinner. It’s farther from the center, though, so a car helps. Rates are lower than closer in.

We stayed just one night. The rooms feel old, the doors creak, and parking is only a couple of spaces across the road. The drive to the center took half an hour, not 15 minutes. We arrived at 9:00 PM and had to check out by noon the next day. When we asked about staying until evening, they said no. We also asked if we could come back in the evening to shower after the beach, and they wanted 200 UAH. There was no sense of personal service, just money. I strongly advise against this place. The price does NOT match the quality!

A big park is nearby, and the sea is about a 10-minute walk. Our room was fairly clean and had decent renovations, a kitchen, air conditioning, and towels. We were there a week ago, and the mini-vacation was still enjoyable, but a few things need attention: there was no hairdryer, and nobody had told us; the kitchen was short on dishes; the shower drain didn’t work well; and the heated towel rail seemed to be there just for show. I’d like to see the service improve.

The apartment had plenty of conveniences, and the renovation and appliances were fine, but the location disappointed us. The nearby beach wasn’t inviting, so getting to a decent one meant taking a minibus for 5-10 minutes. There are no supermarkets close by, just a small kiosk with very little to buy. We’d asked the owner about having guests and were told they could stay until 11 PM. When ours arrived, they were initially refused entry, then told to leave at 10. We did manage to sit together until 11 despite the objections. Getting into the center for a good night out takes about an hour. For the price, it isn’t worth it. You can find somewhere cheaper and closer to both the center and beach.
