8/10
The hotel is clean and well maintained, with helpful, friendly staff, a good inexpensive restaurant on site, and a really good breakfast. For the money, it's excellent value. It's also not far from a good beach. Getting around the neighborhood isn't so pleasant. The sidewalks are narrow, dark and broken, and plenty of drivers ignore the sketchy zebra crossings. That's nothing unusual if you're used to Ukraine, but this isn't the tourist-friendly city center.

Rooms with breakfast included were only 60-70 US dollars, which felt really cheap for rooms this good. At those mid-range prices, the excellent service, food and pleasant staff are unusual.

The sea is close, and there's a gym too. It's a great place to stay, with everything at a high level. I'd recommend this convenient hotel.

Breakfast was good, and the place was clean. The room was small and had ventilation problems. Staff were the usual eastern European type, not cheerful, and they weren't flexible about payment: cash only, in grivna, and upfront.

It's clean, the staff are nice, and the price is good. The main downside is that it's a little far from the city center.
