The Victory Star hotel was good value, and its location near key attractions and transport hubs was convenient. I stayed one night recently and was impressed. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, ready to answer questions and help with any concerns. The restaurant had a varied menu of excellent dishes, and breakfast was especially tasty with plenty of choice. I'd happily return and have already recommended it to friends and family. A great option for comfort and good service at a reasonable price.

The rooms were okay quality and the staff were friendly, but it didn't feel worth the price. There were no paper napkins in the room, and the breakfast was really poor. There was no water with breakfast either, so you had to buy it for 50 UAH.
