The courtyard terrace is surrounded by greenery, and the white house has rooms with panoramic windows looking out over the sea and Odessa. Excelsior sits in an unusual spot on a hill that draws you in and feels romantic. Its glass restaurant is shaped like a two-deck ship, serving original dishes and real wine made from grapes grown in the Odessa fields. I recommend it.
