Inside, the hotel was modern and clean, with a cozy, comfortable room and a nice view. We couldn't figure out where the entrance was because there were no signs at all, and people we asked for help didn't speak English. We only spotted signs on the ninth floor, and the receptionists struggled to understand English. We think this is a common issue in Odessa. I'd come back, but my girlfriend wouldn't.

The place was very clean and seemed new, and the staff were lovely and helpful. It's near the train station, though Deribasovskaia is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The first gate came with no instructions. Electricity cut out for five minutes, and the internet was down all night. You also have to pay extra for sauna access and luggage storage.
