Lena is such a welcoming hostess, and the rooms feel cozy, like home. The guesthouse is in a lovely, quiet area, with the tram seven minutes away, the minibus 30 minutes away, and the train station a ten-minute walk. I’d happily stay here every time.

The hostess was helpful and pleasant, and the price makes up for some of the downsides. It’s a decent option if you just need a bed and basic amenities, and a good alternative to a hostel. From the train station in the city center, take the tram for 10-15 minutes, then walk another five.

The walls are thin: we could hear the neighbors having sex, or whatever it was, and then loudly blowing their noses. Even so, our one-night stay with the group was clean, quiet and cozy, with a roomy bedroom, wicker furniture and comfortable beds. The hostess was lovely and welcoming, and gave everyone a card with a discount for a future stay when we checked out.

I loved the coffee and home-cooked food, and there was even a surprisingly friendly cat in the yard. The courtyard is tucked into a private area, with a garden and birds outside the window and no cars, so it was nice to sleep with the window open. There’s a mosquito net too. Our family room in the two-story mansion was clean, with a balcony, shower, toilet, toiletries and hot water around the clock. The beds had new linens and orthopedic mattresses, and there was Wi-Fi, a TV and a fan. Thank you so much!
