The receptionist was lovely. We arranged by phone to meet at a set time, and she came in the morning, though I thought someone responsible would be staying at the hostel. There aren't any lockers, so you have to leave your luggage in someone's care. That wasn't mentioned on Booking. The location is a real plus, very close to the center and Odessa's main attractions. We picked the hostel after seeing the pretty detail shots on Instagram, but it wasn't as nice in person. The appliances are old, the bathroom faucet leaks, and it was quite cold. I can't say whether 200 UAH a night is a good deal. I haven't stayed at other hostels.

The location is fantastic, just three minutes from Duke! The hostel is excellent, with a cozy feel, comfortable furniture and a pleasant interior. Just know that there are two cats, and they act like they own the place, so this won't suit anyone who doesn't like cats.

The location is really good, and the hostel has its own star and mascot, the cat Misha! Cleanliness could be better. When we checked in last time, the lights weren't working, but the owners kindly arranged for us to stay with their partners instead. Many thanks for that.

We stayed as a group at the end of July, and I'd happily come back and recommend the hostel to friends. It's got so much atmosphere. Even in our room for eight, the high ceilings and spacious layout meant it never felt uncomfortable. The beds were big and really comfortable, and the accommodation felt downright royal.
