Right in the heart of Odessa, so the location is perfect. The apartment was clean, though the renovation still needs finishing. That didn't spoil a pleasant stay. Recommended.

This is my second year staying here, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. There are three floors and three rooms, and I've stayed on the first and second floors. Each room has its own color, plus a jacuzzi, a mini-kitchen with everything you need, lots of towels, a comfortable bed, and a TV. It's practically beside the city park, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

I've stayed here three times and have tried all three apartments. The hostess, Olga, is always happy to help, and I've never had any problems. The location is great, in a courtyard on Deribasovsky. The first floor apartment is split over two levels, sort of like a tipi, with a sauna in the basement. The second floor one is the smallest, with a bar counter and a separate little bedroom. The third is a spacious two-story room with a balcony and everything you need. Definitely recommend it!

A quiet courtyard right in the center of Deribasovskaya Street. The apartment was clean and cozy, just superb. Wonderful, unforgettable stay! You're welcome here and will feel loved. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to the city!
