I've stayed in more luxurious hotels, but this was still a great experience. The room was nice, the staff terrific, and breakfast was free and very good. It's one of the better hotels I've visited, in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world.

The room was clean, and the front desk staff were excellent, especially Yana. I had a problem unrelated to the hotel, and she spent a lot of time helping me sort it out. There were only two rooms with English language TV channels. I was told they were working on getting more. If the rest of the hotel matched Yana's standards, I'd have given it five stars.

Breakfast wasn't very interesting, but the hotel was good value for money. The room was large and nice, the WiFi was fast, and the service was good. It's close to captain Morgan bar. The sound insulation was decent, though some street noise came through in room 504, along with a little noise from the neighbours.

Breakfast had eggs, including omelets and fried eggs, as well as fresh vegetables and fruit. The rooms were well organized, the service was kind, and the staff speak English very well. Such a great place to stay. Great hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Stayed for a couple of nice days in December, and the rooms were wonderful, big, and super clean. They really try to make sure you have a terrific time, and the breakfast buffet was extremely good. Want a latte? They'll make one without any problem. The front desk was excellent, and they really care about you.
