We arrived to find the room very poorly cleaned, and the online photos don't reflect what the rooms are actually like. Hot water only came on the fifth day, after being promised before then. During our five-day stay, the room wasn't cleaned and neither the sheets nor towels were changed. The conditions were terrible.

The room opened onto a spacious, sunny terrace with wooden loungers, tables, chairs and a clothes dryer, and it had air conditioning, a shower, toilet, fridge and TV, though no kitchen. We stayed there with our teenage daughter from July 10 to 20, 2025, in a double room on the third floor, and came away with the best impressions. The women at reception, Irina, Valentina and Olena, were always ready to help and so responsive. Two beaches, 'Chayki' and 'Riv'yeri', are a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also Tavria B, ATB and Silpo supermarkets within a kilometer, plus minibuses and trams very close by. Shellman, see you soon!
