This modern three-star hotel is on Odessa's west side. The rooms are soundproofed and now have refrigerators, and the staff are friendly. There's no laundry service. The restaurant is under renovation, so the advertised free breakfast isn't available. If you only speak English and have reserved a room without paying, be ready to show your booking to the administrator. A very late arrival doesn't mean the room will be held unless you let the administrator know ahead of time.

The hotel is basic, but inexpensive, and the hotelkeeper and his family were both friendly and professional. Service was great. The chef made a tasty supper and an excellent traditional breakfast. We'll be back. Greetings from the Netherlands.

We waited an hour and a half because our room wasn't ready until 3:40 pm, even though check-in was supposed to be at 2. If you don't speak Russian or Ukrainian, getting help may be very difficult. The service staff don't speak English and won't be able to assist you.

Good value for the price, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel is a bit far from the city center. Payment is cash only, and the staff don't speak English.

The card terminal wasn't working, or at least that's what we were told, and nobody at reception could speak even a word of English. Avoid this place at all costs!
