The rooms are roomy and nice, and the hotel has a premium feel. I enjoyed staying here. For a three-star place, they’ve got a lot right. The staff stand up at reception when you pass, and they keep track of whether you’ve paid instead of asking every day. At breakfast they make pancakes from scratch, and when I asked for a glass, they checked whether I wanted wine or champagne. The complimentary breakfast is a real plus. There were issues in the room, though. The sink was clogged, and even though the rooms are non-smoking, mine smelled of smoke. The curtains had cigarette burn holes. They seem to want guests to enjoy their stay, so I’d suggest dealing with the smoke smell in the non-smoking rooms.

The towel warmer didn’t work, which was a problem since there was nowhere else to dry our swimming suits. Still, the staff were so friendly and helpful that we didn’t dwell on it. Everything else was great, from the room and location to breakfast. Thanks for the service. We’ll definitely recommend the hotel to tourists. 10 out of 10.

The staff made the stay for me. They were always smiling and clearly put in effort to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, breakfast is available, and the hotel is good value for the money. It’s near tram and bus stops, too. The hotel name didn’t mean much to me at first, but reading about Odessa’s history made the connection clear. A wonderful place, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Mama Odessa.

Privoz market is nearby, and you can walk to all the main places from this convenient spot. The room was cleaned daily, and there were robes in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and could speak English. Breakfast has eight options to choose from. The main drawback is accessibility: there’s no lift, only stairs, so it isn’t suitable for disabled guests.

It’s a new hotel with lovely decor, and the staff are super friendly. They even brought me a bottle of wine for my birthday. The mattresses were among the best I’ve had in a mid-range hotel. I’ll definitely recommend it.
