The tram is nearby, but getting to the center or the closest beach takes about half an hour by car. The room also picks up plenty of outside noise, from street traffic to ambulances at night, and we could hear children crying and shouting in neighboring rooms every night. Nearby, there’s a car wash, a service station, and a tire shop. We booked a suite, though it hardly felt like one. The photos made it look much better than it was, and seemed to be about 10 years old. Our large double bed was actually a worn pull-out sofa, with a camp bed where the extra sofa should have been. The in-room hot tub didn't work, the shower water was barely warm, and the sauna only operates in winter. Half the room lights were out, too. On arrival there was rubbish, soiled bedding and towels with hair on them. There was no shampoo, conditioner, slippers, or robes. The toilet paper was OBUKHOV 65. In the closet we found winter blankets, while the nightstands held old slippers, sprays, and building materials. The tables were scratched and dirty, and the air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The shared fridge, kettle, dishes, and microwave seemed straight out of the USSR.

We got a standard room, but it had no fridge, kettle, or dishes. Those were downstairs in the lobby, and everything there was so dirty that using it felt awful. The room window faced the highway, and the air was hard to breathe, so the air conditioning was a lifesaver. A car wash is downstairs, and shower pressure was very poor. A decent shower was possible only early in the morning or late at night. The place badly needs renovation: loose doors and locks, leaky faucets, and poor furniture. For what we paid, living in these conditions wasn't acceptable. This room should probably be called a low-end economy room. I gave it a 2 because the receptionist got a plumber over pretty quickly and sorted out the internet problem.

I put a friend up here and felt embarrassed about it afterward. It's loud, smells of all sorts of things, and the staff are rude. There's no elevator, and the rooms feel poor quality and not very fresh. This is basically a flophouse, not a hotel. If that's what you want, go for it. For comfort, look elsewhere.

The hotel is cozy, and the bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning was useful, too. There’s no elevator, just huge steps that are tough to climb, especially with big suitcases. It’s among service stations, and during the night there was a gas leak. We couldn't open the window, and it felt like a fire hazard.
