I stayed in January and February 2020, and they really made me feel at home. I first got an upgrade to a nicer room, then a few days later they gave me a free upgrade to a very nice suite. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, and the location is great for the price. Everything a tourist needs to see is within walking distance. My one complaint is familiar from other long stays: cleaning staff were noisy in the hallways and seemed to forget that some people sleep during the day or just want peace and quiet. I’d ask the maids and cleanup staff to keep the noise down. For a reasonable price, this hotel was truly top-notch, and I highly recommend it. 🔥

Svetlana deserves special thanks for always being eager to help and going the extra mile. That kind of service is a big part of why this place feels like a 5+ star stay. The rooms are consistently clean, and the staff are so friendly. The Mini Bar team were especially welcoming. Whatever you might need seems to be available, from massages to laundry. You won't be disappointed.

The staff made this a great stay, especially Evgueniya, who was charming and clearly wanted guests to have the best experience. Uno Hotel is in a very convenient location, and the rooms are spotless.

The location is excellent, and the staff were polite and friendly. Still, the price feels too high for the service and the interior, which doesn't match what you pay. Inside, it has the feel of an old apartment building turned into a hotel, and the soundproofing is poor enough that I could hear people laughing in the next room. I think the hotel is overrated.

Our room was roomy and clean, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. Water costs extra, though the prices weren't excessive. The first room we were shown smelled of cigarette smoke, but the front desk changed it for us quickly and without any fuss. It's a nice little boutique hotel.
