The price and quality are a great match here. It’s a basic hotel, and the rooms are dated, but they’re clean and comfortable. Breakfast starts only after 10, which suited me fine. You can pay by credit card, and WiFi is free, though a bit unreliable in the evening. The staff are friendly, if not very smiley, and their English is just enough to get by without knowing the local languages. Having reception open 24 hours is handy too.

The location is handy, with a cafe and market nearby. You can step out onto the balcony from the corridor. In a cheap room, the only things in the room are a TV and kettle, but there’s a shared fridge and microwave downstairs. Good hotel.

The hotel is quiet and clean, and the service is very friendly. Central heating is available, and the A/C can also heat the room, so temperature wasn’t a problem in summer or autumn. There were times when hot water wasn’t available. It’d be great if every room had a smart TV.

We rented a junior suite on 16.11.2024 for 1500.00 UAH, but there were only two sockets: one used by the fridge and one by the TV. To charge a phone, you have to unplug something. The hotel was empty, and the boiler seemed to be working at half capacity, so the water was barely warm for that price. Slippers cost another 20 UAH. In short, it felt like a shabby old dump.
