The door being locked after 23:00 was a real problem. I arrived at 23:05, called again and again, and nobody answered, so I could have been left outside. I also tried to speak with the owner, but the staff wouldn’t give me her number. I later learned she was in Poland. The mornings were just as difficult. Cleaning started around 6:00-6:30 and went on for over an hour, with buckets and mops rattling and people walking loudly. The rooms have poor sound insulation, so I could even hear cleaning on the floor below. I woke up exhausted and couldn’t get enough sleep. When I raised it with the administration, they said that was their routine and didn’t try to accommodate me. I had to leave because I hadn’t planned to sleep so little on vacation. I wanted to rest. I’d stayed here before and had a good experience. Maybe things are different now with the owners away and the staff without their supervision. It felt like they didn’t value guests or care whether someone stayed or left, even if that meant losing money.
