The location is the one good thing about these apartments. Inside, everything felt neglected and very old, with mold everywhere. It was also really dirty, with dust and other people's hair around. The room was quoted at 800 UAH when we booked, but when we arrived the owner said it was 1000 UAH. Since it was already evening, we had to stay. The sunny side made the house unbearably hot during the day, and there was no air conditioner, fan, or even curtains. Mice kept us awake all night. It felt like a place for a horror movie. The apartments aren't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend staying there even for free.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, and there was a cool restaurant nearby by the river with delicious food. You can take pictures by the river too. Beyond that, there wasn't much to do, you could howl like a wolf. There was also a creepy baby cradle in one of the rooms. I can't remember if it was ants or fleas that gave me the creeps, hehe. Our July 2023 stay turned into a trashy vacation. At check-in, the owner and staff hadn't communicated, so nobody was there to meet us or knew where to put us. They sorted it out by phone after half an hour. The place was poorly maintained, with dust under the beds, fungus in the bathroom, blue electrical tape on the chandelier, and sloppy furniture. Breakfast was included, but they made whatever they wanted. When I asked for an omelet, I was told it was very expensive. Outside, the estate was overgrown and neglected, like something from "The Evil Dead". Worst of all, the room had a whole civilization of fleas. They chewed me up all night, while my wife apparently didn't taste good to them, so they focused on me. In the morning we told the owner about this "minor inconvenience", got our deposit back, and happily left. The housekeeper went to the market to buy dichlorvos.

The estate's location is the only upside. When we checked in, there was hair on the bed and floor, and the blankets were torn. Of the listed TV, hairdryer, and kettle, we only had a kettle in the room. There was one hairdryer for all the rooms, and the TV didn't work. Breakfast was its own story, and they returned 200 UAH to us for it. The water also had to be restarted, which was a problem. I added a photo so you can decide for yourself if it's worth the money.

We only stayed one night, and after the hike we were hoping to take a hot shower, but there was no hot water. Breakfast was syrniki, really tasty and filling. I also thought the room was overpriced: 1200 UAH for a room in Sheshory is too much.
