Cottage Wellwood

The house was clean, the yard was cared for, and the natural surroundings were superb. There's a grocery store nearby, plus a gazebo and swing in the yard. Downstairs, the kitchen has everything, including a gas stove, microwave, and electric kettle. I booked this estate after looking online for a quiet, cozy, affordable place in Sinyak, and the reviews led me right. My single room on the second floor had a bed, TV, refrigerator, toilet, shower, and balcony. Everything was wonderful, thank you for a great vacation!

There are two descriptions of the place here, and both mention comfortable, cozy rooms with a fridge, TV, air conditioner, shower, and blankets, as well as a small kitchen with dishes but no dishwasher. The second floor has a nice living room with a fireplace. Outside, there's a gazebo with a barbecue and swings. A really nice place.

We came in winter and everything was top notch, with a pleasant price and clean rooms. The staff were friendly, and there's a kolyba nearby where the food is tasty and inexpensive. The nature is beautiful, and there are two ski lifts. We brought our own gear, so I don't know the rental prices. The river is about 500 meters away. We'd like to come back in summer.

It's peaceful here, with the river as the only sound, and there's parking. The rooms have been renovated, and the owner is friendly. Seems just right for a quiet family holiday.
