I stayed here twice, but I won’t be coming back. The rooms look nice, while the service is really poor. Nobody helps with luggage, even though the hotel is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. The food wasn’t good, and if you want a breakfast option you didn’t request the night before, the kitchen refuses. You also have to arrive at a specific time, and even a small delay gets you looks from the staff as if you’ve done something terribly wrong. The secured parking is actually a postal facility, so you may have to move your car early in the morning while they load or unload parcels.

The place is clean and spacious, though the layout is odd. Reception is up on the third floor, while the breakfast room is downstairs in the basement. The staff seemed a little down, and I can understand why, having to run up and down the stairs all day.

The cleanliness and breakfast were both excellent, and my family enjoyed how clean and comfortable the hotel was. But rude, arrogant, unprofessional staff spoiled the stay. They didn’t want to accept card payment and insisted on cash. When I raised the service issue with the manager, he asked, “So why do you complain? What do you expect from the 4-star hotel?” Toward the end, he and the staff seemed friendlier and more compassionate, but it felt like they judged people by their appearance instead of treating everyone equally. That spoiled our holiday.

The hotel is quiet and fairly close to the city center. My room was large and clean. It’s on the third floor of the building, and there’s no elevator.
