The big downside was how freezing the room got in November, especially since I was a bit sick. There were two extra blankets for each bed, which helped. The place has a hostel or dorm feel, but the room was my own and everything was well looked after. It was tricky to find, tucked onto one floor of a dormitory, and I think there were only six rooms. Some rooms share a shower and toilet with another room. Mine had a fridge and a full set of dishes, cups, and cutlery. You can ask for an electric kettle, and there's clean water in the hallway and a microwave. Those basic kitchen things are a big help when you're traveling.

The people were kind and helpful, but the building and location felt very Soviet-era. Hard to know what to make of it.

A handy place for business travelers, though it's small and pretty modest.
