It's quiet and peaceful here, and a really good place for a break with small children. The grounds and room were clean and attractive, and staff keep an eye on the grounds. There are several gazebos with barbecues, and skewers and grills are available. The summer kitchen has everything you need, including dishes, utensils, boards, a microwave, stove and dishwasher. There's also a tennis table. I brought insecticide because of earlier reviews, but never used it. The tap water is hard, though the neat little "hut" has drinking water from a well. There's a small shop around the corner selling food, drinks and household things. The cozy beach is a five-minute walk away.

The mattress wasn't comfortable, though we later heard they plan to replace them. You can hear road noise, which isn't the hotel's fault. The grounds are small but well kept, with free gazebos available, and there's a kitchen with everything needed plus private parking. The walk to the central beach takes 10-15 minutes. The hotel has its own beach too, but we didn't use it.

The rest was great, but the prices are high, like everywhere in Ukraine. We were in room 18, and it smelled strongly of sewage.

The room has two rooms, and one window faces the road. Until midnight there were people walking around shouting, singing and growling, with cars going by. There's also a table and chairs for another room under that window, and their light shines right in your eyes if they're sitting there while you're trying to sleep. An air conditioner from the second-floor room is mounted on our wall and roars. When it's off, the refrigerator in the room with the bed is still close by, so sleeping is impossible either way. If you try to catch up on sleep during the day, the cleaning upstairs happens without asking and keeps you up. We also got an unruly group above us, and the administration couldn't do anything about them. We had to go calm them down ourselves. There were other guests on the grounds the administrators couldn't quiet either. If you're hoping for a peaceful family stay, this isn't the place. I could go on about the other drawbacks, but any possible advantages can wait until after we've finished our stay.

We liked our three-day stay, and the double room was a nice price since it was low season. Ours was on the third floor. The bathroom was a highlight: new shower cabin and toilet, its own boiler for hot water, washbasin, mirror, paper, towels, liquid soap, plenty of light and a socket. There were shower products too, more for men, though women tend to bring three kilograms of their own. We brought air freshener from home. The water was a strange yellow and smelled, so we bought our own for brushing our teeth and washing our faces. Everything in the room worked, including the sockets, fridge, freezer, kettle, satellite TV, air conditioner and remotes. There was no wardrobe, but the big chest of drawers and bedside table were enough. It was clean and comfortable. Outside, the gazebos have grills, grates, skewers, an ax and a hammer, but coal and kindling are up to you. The grounds were tidy, with lots of bins and napkins around the grounds, floors and gazebos. On the third floor there's a shared space for eating barbecue, with a big leather sofa, armchairs, table and huge satellite plasma TV, all working. It's not far from the center and away from cars on the new road. The shared kitchen had new dishes, and I was surprised to see a dishwasher. We didn't cook, but ordered breakfast, cheesecakes and pancakes with meat, plus coffee, for 150 UAH per person. The administrator was friendly, around whenever we needed to ask something or order breakfast, and responded quickly and politely. She served breakfast too. A decent base for a couple or a family, and there's a small playground.
