The room was clean, roomy enough, and had a good mattress. The staff were friendly, and whenever an issue came up, a helpful guy appeared within seconds and sorted it out. Booking offered a really nice, convenient price. The lifts were odd, and so were the booking department and the prepaid system, which involved a PrivatBank card-to-card transfer.
The stay was well worth it. The staff were amazing, the food was great, and the excursions were excellent. Check-in was a real pain, though, and the bar is too small and needs more staff. If six people are waiting, it can take 30 minutes.
A good hotel for activities. The excursions and guided walks in the mountains are well organized.
I’m not sure whether you know about the problem with the new site. I’m trying to find out whether the website is even something I should be interested in.
