A quiet, lovely little hotel right near the center, just a couple hundred meters from mineral water spring #1. Mariot has a medical center on the ground floor and a restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. If you'd like a huge balcony, ask for a 4th floor junior suite.

This feels like a state sanatorium, and has little in common with Mariot. The interior is cheap, and the massage therapists weren't available for three days straight. Even with plenty of empty tables, the waitress seated me with a couple and their little child. You also had to choose your menu in advance.

The spa was my favorite part, with courteous staff, good facilities, and great value for the services. It's a great hotel and spa in the center.

We had a great time here, my friends and I. The staff were lovely and even let us leave our things so we didn't have to carry them around all day. The wonderful security guard brought out a table tennis table just for us! It was warm the whole time, with electricity and hot water. The hotel is clean and in a great spot, just a few minutes' walk from the pump room. Treatment prices were nice, and the massage was really good. Thanks so much😊

We stayed in a regular standard room from December 29 to January 3, and the cleanliness was the first thing that impressed us. Towels were changed regularly, and the room was cleaned daily. The cleaners were very considerate, quietly taking care of things without disturbing us when we were there. There was a refrigerator, TV, bathrobes, slippers, and cosmetics replenished as needed, a small thing, but nice. The dining room is on site and is almost like a restaurant 😄 The food is fresh and tasty, more home-style than fancy, with a choice of dishes. Prices are reasonable: breakfast - 200 UAH, lunch - 250 UAH, dinner - 200 UAH. A day's rest comes to about 650 UAH on average, which is a good deal. The staff deserve special thanks. The women were polite, friendly, and always smiling. It felt like they cared, rather than just doing the job for appearance's sake. There isn't a huge range of medical services, but the doctor can direct you to other procedures nearby if needed. There are baths, massage, and several types of physical procedures on site. Pools are nearby, and the pump room is very close. Quiet, clean, friendly, and without unnecessary fuss. For this price, it's a solid five stars and just right for a normal holiday.
