From the start, this was a complete disaster. I paid expecting the service of a four-star hotel, since Google showed it as four stars. The hotel and parking area looked abandoned. It was raining, and the parking lot was just mud and dirt. The layout felt like it had been planned by a student or amateur. The entrance looked like my grandma's country house, and the narrow corridors were full of steps. There are steps everywhere, so you can get quite a leg workout. People using wheelchairs or pushing a baby carriage aren't welcome here, since you simply can't get into the hotel. The rooms felt like a motel and weren't comfortable. All you get is a bed, with nothing else to make the stay comfortable. The furniture and decorations were cheap and poor quality. Breakfast made me really angry too. There was no choice: you came, sat down, and got one egg with two pieces of cheese. Children under 5 got no breakfast. Our booking was for a stay with a child and we were charged for the child, but breakfast for the kids wasn't included. The management procedures were ridiculous. To pay for the room, I had to go to a separate accounting department, with no easy way to pay by card. To get a drink at the bar, you had to give your room number. Without it, they wouldn't let you have a drink. When I told the manager this wasn't an appropriate way to do business, they said I could leave if I didn't like it. Really, really bad hotel and service. Update 22/08 I see management chose to blame me instead of calling to sort things out, which any normal management would do. Very professional. Here's my response to their claims. 1) They say they warned us about breakfast. That's a lie. I attached photos of the booking and description. The booking clearly says two adults and two kids, with their ages. The hotel description says nothing about extra charges for children's breakfast. I had no problem paying extra for breakfast. The issue is that the hotel gives a false description on booking, then lies about having warned us of the conditions. 2) About the four stars, I attached a screenshot from Google showing the hotel as four-star. I don't think Google assigns stars automatically. It shows information that you or your workers entered, so you put false information in the description. 3) They say I should have looked through the photos and asked people about the hotel. I think they misunderstand who the client is and who provides the service. Shouldn't the hotel warn guests about any “special things” there? Isn't a hotel supposed to provide a comfortable stay? Am I supposed to message the administrator every time I book and ask, “Is your entrance door more than 80 cm wide?” or “How many steps will I need to climb to reach reception?” 4) Again about breakfast: nobody offered a choice of meals that morning. This can easily be checked on camera. Why did everybody that morning get the same plate with one egg, three small pieces of cheese, and three small pieces of meat? 5) About the two pepsi at the bar: the drinks fridge was away from the bar. I first said I was taking two pepsi and asked for a bill. Yes, I said that hotels usually don't lock the drinks fridge away from customers. A few minutes later I did just that at hotel 365: I took two pepsi from the fridge, brought them to the bar, and paid. Nobody asked for a mandatory room number or a blood test. I'm glad you replied, so everyone can see how unprofessional you are.

The building and rooms have a lovely, unusual look, and there’s plenty included in the basic price: pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, aromatherapy and salt cave. Reception did their best to answer all our questions, even ones unrelated to the hotel, and they speak English. The restaurant food is tasty, though service can be slow and muddled because the waiters are still learning. I understand they need the experience, but the delays are a nuisance for guests. The Phyto-barrel is listed among the free services, yet it costs extra.

We were a little unsure about the drive in because construction is still going on, but once inside it felt like a tucked-away paradise. The staff were professional and lovely, and the spa consultant had such a soothing, almost ASMR-like voice. My sister and I had a great time and took loads of nice photos. We’re now waiting for Pina Coladas while stretched out on a cozy bed beside our restaurant table. The food was so good we spent more on it than on the spa treatments, lol. Such a fun spot for 2-3 days. We’ll definitely be back this summer.

The food was OK, and the prices are moderate with a lot included, which seems to bring in crowds. The place itself isn’t very spacious. It had good points, but cleanliness could be better, and the room we were meant to enjoy smelled like an old pharmacy or something.

The nice decor and tasty food were the bright spots, and service in the restaurant was good. The rest of the stay was really upsetting. Our room was beside the generator, which was so loud we couldn’t sleep or relax. There was no water in the rooms during the day, and nobody told us at check-in that it was only available in the morning. The jacuzzi also had an unpleasant smell. After checking out, I realized I’d left a gold chain in my bathrobe pocket. I called reception right away, less than an hour later. I knew exactly where it was because the beautician had asked me to remove it during my cosmetic treatment and put it in that pocket. The room was monitored, so they could check. It took several calls to get through in Polish or English. Each time I was told to call back later, three times in all. Eventually they said they had found the chain. I confirmed it was mine because it’s quite distinctive. I emailed twice asking if they could send it to me, and offered to cover all the costs, but got no reply. Then after five more calls, I was told they didn’t have it. Service at the lowest level.
