Mirotel Resort and Spa

On 4.3.2023, we got a double room with Spa-access for 100 Euros, which was a great deal. Parking was included, and breakfast through supper buffet cost 600 UAH each. The staff were great, and the rooms spacious. One small drawback, pets are allowed, so ask for a quiet room if you don't want to be woken by a dog barking at 4 a.m. The SPA tiles are also unusually slippery!

We had mixed feelings about the stay. At first, everything seemed great, from the food to the amenities. But on our last night, my girlfriend got food poisoning. We had only eaten at the restaurants inside the hotel. When I raised it with the staff, they seemed not to care. If you're paying 2000 uah for one meal at a 5 star hotel restaurant, I expect not to get food poisoning. I hope this reaches the right people and things change.

We spent four nights at the end of December, and I'd recommend the hotel for families with children. There are activities throughout the day for kids of all ages, and the service, staff, and food were outstanding. Special thanks to Nadiia, the animator at the 11+ children’s club. She made our holiday easier by looking after our kids at the club.

A terrible place, nowhere near a 5 star hotel. The doctors are salespeople with medical degrees, speak broken English, and seem out of date with modern practices. The water from the pipes was brown, and the room's lights and electrical setup were a maze. I called reception about the problems, and they sent an older maintenance man who didn't speak English. When I explained the issues, he shrugged and said, "its not my fault". He ran the shower for 10 minutes until the water stopped being brown, then said it was clear. This is a 2 star hotel at best. I called before arriving to ask if everything was working, and they said yes. But the steam room wasn't working when I got there. I booked five days and will check out after one.
