I stayed here with my mom for 21 days in September 2019, in the Suite/Lyusk, and housekeeping came every day. The place was clean and the staff were helpful. Food wasn't the best, but the service was excellent. Coming from America, I didn't expect much, yet after spending so long at Svityaz, my expectations were exceeded. Thanks for a great stay, and I'd highly recommend Svityaz as a hotel and sanatorium.

The Naftusya mineral water buvet is only a five-minute walk away, which is really convenient. The resort also has a huge range of SPA and medical treatments, from massages to local mineral treatments, and doctors onsite who can put together a treatment plan.

10.10.2020. The spa-center was a bright spot, with a pool, jacuzzi and Irish steam room. The rooms felt more like a sanatorium, though, and had zero soundproofing and a view of a construction site. Parking was cramped, and breakfast was poor: the uzvar looked like colored water, and the kasha was the worst I’ve ever had. The COVID measures seemed to consist of hangouts. Spa procedures weren’t available on the same day, the banya only started at 5 p.m., and treatments ended at 5. What’s that about?

The rooms were wonderful and the staff friendly. The resort was clean, too. The pool is small, though, and the restaurant overpriced with low-quality food. Most of the staff only speak Ukrainian.

The food was delicious, the rooms comfortable, and the staff friendly. It’s a beautiful place inside and out, and they have everything in this hotel. Totally recommend.
