I visited for about four hours while my coworkers were staying at the hotel for a company BBQ. The owner made what should have been a relaxing event feel tense. His manner came across as abrasive and inconsiderate, and it colored my whole short visit. There wasn't a welcoming balance between being helpful and giving guests space. It felt like rules and control mattered more than guests' comfort, and I felt unnecessarily scrutinized. I can't recommend the hotel in its current state. I hope the owner reconsiders how hospitality should make people feel at ease, with kindness and understanding.

The place feels so authentically Ukrainian. It reminded me again that Ukraine is the best, and that Ukrainians are hardworking and sincere people 🫶🇺🇦. Come stay at Lileya in this beautiful corner, the capital of the Hutsul region 👌. Thank you for the warm hospitality. See you again 🖐️❄️

We had a great time at the Chalet, but the checkout left a bad impression. The hot water had run out that morning and cleaning was delayed, so we were two minutes late getting our things out, leaving at 11:02 instead of 11:00. The owner made a scene over it. Be ready for rudeness from the owner.

I don't recommend the manor to Lilya!!! We weren't greeted very warmly. They offered a menu, and I tried to order borscht for lunch the next day, but was cut off straight away: “You'll be going, you don't need borscht.” My mood was ruined as soon as we arrived, and on the first day I wanted to go home. Four days of vacation spoiled ((( Nobody had heated the place on our first night. Then they started warming it until midnight and added geese. During the day there was no heating from 6 p.m., and they said they'd heat until midnight, then stop. It was freezing, and now we're sick, heading home with a fever. The barn is warmer than this place )))))) P.S. I ate so much borscht that I don't even remember what it tasted like.
