The hotel itself is fine, but the heating is an issue since you have to use the air conditioner for warmth. It's also a long way from the city center.

A great hotel, though it's a bit too far from downtown Kharkiv.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and I loved the huge balcony. A big crack in the sink was a letdown, though, and the place is somewhat dated and due for renovation. The interior has some interesting touches, like a glass staircase and original cutlery displayed on the walls. It wasn't bad overall. The receptionist did her best to help, and although she genuinely wondered why we needed a knife and cutting board, she quickly brought them over.

The lobby bar serves tasty food at reasonable prices. Staff are always smiling and pleasant, and service is excellent. It's a cozy, upscale hotel with clean rooms. In the Standard room there was a safe, TV, and heater, and the carpeted floor kept things warm. The bed was large and soft :) They cleaned daily and changed towels every other day. A kettle in the room and a shower curtain would have been nice :)
