I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for an official business trip if you need paperwork for your expense report. I called before checking in to ask whether they could provide business trip documents. When I later requested the company’s founding documents and a fiscal receipt, the administrator said a payment from the bank’s mobile app was the same thing, comparing it to paying a gas bill through the bank. They then rudely told me I’d also have to pay a fine for not checking in. From that exchange, they seemed not to know what taxes are or to pay them, since they didn’t know the terms “invoice” or “act of work performed” and couldn’t provide a fiscal receipt.

Everything else is great, but please scrub the black mold in the shower!

Dirty rooms make the rude treatment even worse. The administrator wasn’t there, and I couldn’t reach them by phone.

I never stayed there. My reservation, made nine days ahead, was cancelled just two hours before check-in, with a warning that pets weren’t allowed. I’d already written to ask about bringing a pet, and the Booking.com Q&A said pets were welcome.
