For a one-night stay, this was a good choice, and I'd be happy to come back. The apartments were clean and cute, the staff friendly, and it was quiet without crowds. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the price was affordable. My only real snag was finding the entrance: the hotel is on the third floor of a large building with several entrances.

The rooms and washrooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and try to help within the limits of the space. It's fairly clean, with no bad smells or nasty surprises, though after cleaning they sometimes forget to leave fresh towels and sheets, so you may need to ask. Breakfast takes some figuring out too. It's in another part of the building, and getting help can mean taking the stairs. You also have to pick up a card from the front desk the evening before, for the restaurant deal, which feels awkward, like asking for a food voucher. The hotel itself is just one floor of an apartment building, not the whole building as the Google photos might suggest. After entering, you have to navigate odd walks, elevators, and hallways to reach the third-floor hotel. Lighting is poor, especially in the washrooms, and the ceilings have flags from countries thousands of miles away, which was strange to wake up under.

The minibar items were reasonably priced, so I didn't mind using it. The hotel is just a floor in an office building, with no lobby, and breakfast is served at a nearby pizza place.

It costs $$$, and these days I usually choose apartments for the price. Still, I stayed here on one of my first trips to Kiev, and it's one hotel I'd return to. Great place to stay.
