We spent a long time looking into the developers and residential complexes in Vinnytsia. After urban planning experts strongly recommended it, we chose Turkish City. We liked the quality of the materials, the apartment layouts, the wide exterior walls and insulation, the triple-glazed windows, and the infrastructure. In the first building, the stairs to the second floor were inside the room and took up a lot of space. In the second building, they moved them into the hallway, which is a better layout. There were issues with communication and timing. The developer doesn’t keep buyers informed or provide progress reports, and the information on Domria and similar sites is outdated, according to the residential complex manager. The second section is five months late. The contract spells out payment terms in detail, but gives the commissioning date only as “approximately September,” with no compensation offered.
