The mountain setting gives you lovely views, including romantic sunrises and sunsets. The hotel is pleasant, clean, and tidy, with things for kids, a restaurant, and a SPA, though it may feel a bit expensive. The SPA house opened in 2018/2019 and has been adding services. I had a good massage, and the pool's panoramic glass wall looks out over the Carpathians. The restaurant has the same kind of wide views and tasty food, but service needs work, from menu availability to how things are run.

The terrace has a really cool view, and the people are lovely with very pleasant service. But the towels and sheets were yellow and didn't seem properly washed. No one came to clean the room each day, the food was poor, and the shower didn't work well. The water stank like sh*t, and there wasn't enough shampoo, which was low quality anyway. At least they provided toothbrushes, and I needed one.

The people were nice, but there was no room cleaning service or mini fridge, and we didn't have enough pillows or blankets.

The restaurant is gorgeous, with a mountain view, and the place looks fantastic.
