We arrived in fall, after a 16-hour trip, hoping to relax in the upgraded room we'd booked. At reception, we were told they'd given our room to someone else because we hadn't called to confirm. I think if they had doubts, they could have called us to check, especially since it wasn't peak season and plenty of people might not have had time to call. We were also told that, because we'd brought an animal, we had to confirm the booking ourselves by phone. That attitude means I won't choose this place again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The elevator didn't always work, and the rooms are on floors 8-10, so be ready to haul your things upstairs. From what I understand, it's a recurring problem, as I'd seen other guests complain and heard current guests mention it too. The room was spacious, and the renovation wasn't bad, but it was VERY DIRTY. The floor was filthy and there was hair lying around. The napkins on the glass table were stained and only covered its scratches. Not all the advertised room lights worked, even though that was one reason we'd chosen it. Dust covered the surfaces, the sockets were stained, and most of the dishes had greasy marks. The only basic hygiene item I could find was hand soap, so bring your own shampoo and shower gel. After a 16-hour journey, the last thing I expected was to have no shower products. Even the pillows had yellow stains. I wanted to leave rather than touch anything or settle in.

Everything in the room matches the description, and there's what you need for a good rest: a microwave, stove, fridge, kitchenware, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and several kinds of lighting. The room is lovely, bright, cozy, and comfortable, with new furniture arranged compactly. You can feel the thought and care that went into it ❤️ There's free parking in the courtyard with video surveillance. Supermarkets, a park, squares, and the sea are all nearby. It's a pity the beaches are closed, but you can still enjoy the sea's beauty and sound. Thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️

The staff were friendly and quick to respond to my booking and feedback, and they were attentive when I asked about leaving early. The price was reasonable, with free parking and Wi-Fi. My fairly spacious studio had a kitchenette with everything needed to prepare a meal, a double bed, and a fold-out chair. Instead of a loggia, there was a lobby area with a round glass table and mirrored vanity, plus another fold-out chair. A café is expected to open soon. I highly recommend it.

The manager deserves a big thank you. He's attentive and polite, always happy to help and suggest what to see in the city and when to go. The hotel is clean and lovely, the design is very well done, and it has everything needed for a relaxing, productive stay. Breakfast and coffee in the cozy ground-floor restaurant were delicious. I highly recommend it. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.
