Hotel Chaika 3

The food was tasty, and I’d recommend trying breakfast. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked handy for guests with kids. We booked a suite or comfort room, and the room itself was great; our only real issue was that it wasn’t cleaned during our stay, or was cleaned poorly. We’d moved here from another hotel where the conditions didn’t match the photos, so this was a welcome change. While searching for somewhere else, we called and a helpful administrator showed us around. Card payment is available, though there’s a fee for cashless payments, which might be temporary. If we’re in Koblevo again, we’ll definitely stay here. See you!

The bathroom hooks are awkward, but everything else made us want to come back. We came with a big group in July 2020, for our second year in a row, and got rooms better than promised. The grounds were cared for and the pool was spotless. There’s a bar and cafe on site, the food and service were excellent, and the staff were lovely. The manager took time to ask what could be improved, and you could tell she really cared. You can bring your own food and alcohol, smoke your own hookah, play table tennis, and park there. The girls at the bar were so nice. Thanks to everyone at Chaika 3 for a great stay, and see you in 2021. The waitress in the photo is the sweetest in the world, a bonus from management!

The location worked well for us: the center is a 9-minute walk, the water park is 1 minute away, and the sea is 13 minutes away. We had no problems and were completely happy with our vacation. The rooms are cozy, clean and nicely decorated, and there are lots of gazebos across the spacious grounds. The administrators were especially helpful and kept checking how our stay was going. There’s a sauna and hammam, the latter in a beautiful building with all the amenities, plus massage and tennis. The pool, loungers and children’s pool are included. At the “Chaynik” (Teapot) cafe, the waiters are quick, attentive and always smiling, and they’ll help you choose. Prices are fantastic. Thank you!

The carbonara was terrible, so I’d skip that dish, though the cafe prices were reasonable. Ekaterina at reception was very pleasant. We stayed in August 2020 and loved the place overall. The grounds have a pool, loungers, fish pond, gazebos, swings, a playground and free parking. Our room felt new and stylish, with a king-size bed and orthopedic mattress, a sofa for a third person, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, furniture, table and huge mirror. The bathroom and shower are combined. We’ll be back!
