Hotel Complex Gayki

We had a bad stay, and it has put me off visiting the city again. One of the rooms I rented had a broken AC. When I asked to move, the receptionist said she couldn't change it and told me to open the window. After I insisted, she handed me a key without explaining where the room was. When I complained, she said she'd call the police. I later found out, without any explanation from her, that the room cost less than I had paid. When I asked for the difference back, she said a refund was complicated and suggested I take drinks from the bar instead. At first, a woman was lying on the sofa and staring at me. She woke when I approached the desk and asked what I needed, with no greeting, just “what do you need?” The hotel entrance is on the side of the building. If you park in the guarded lot, you have to pay and walk all the way around to reach the hotel. The breakfast dishes and cups were dirty.

The location is excellent, and the place was clean and quiet, with everything we needed. They told us right away that hot water would be available from 7:00-10:00 in the morning and evening, so we planned around those hours.

One of the most comfortable hotels in Zhytomyr. The rooms are big and clean, the bed is comfortable, and breakfast is nice.

Clean, good rooms with internet, close to the city center.
