I wouldn't recommend this to foreign visitors. They overbook rooms outside of Booking, then leave you without one in a place that isn't tourist friendly at all. My group lost a few hours and ended up wandering aimlessly in the cold. It was the only bad hotel experience I had in Ukraine.

After I arrived, they simply told me the room I'd booked earlier was no longer available. I ended up spending about half the night out in the city streets.

There's a disco on the ground floor of the same building, and it may get really loud in the middle of the night.
