The food took far too long to arrive, and both the receptionist and servers had a really poor attitude. I’ve stayed loyal for seven years, but the service has gone downhill so much that it’s time for me to find another hotel in Tororo.

The room was cramped and dirty, and at night they switch off the electricity. There was also a dripping sound that kept me from sleeping properly. At breakfast, the waiter was unfriendly and charged extra. When you arrive, the front desk tells you the price has gone up. A very unfriendly stay. I won't return.

Customer service was good, and the place was very clean. It’s a small, nice spot and quiet too.

People here are very polite, and the rooms are clean. For the area, it’s a good hotel, and it’s cheap and comfortable. The service could be better: there’s no hair dryer, sometimes there’s no towel in the room, and the TV only gets two channels. They do have a mosquito net over the bed.

It’s in a good location, and the hotel is quiet.
