The generous breakfast stood out, and there's room for a small wedding reception too. It's a homely, quiet spot just 70 metres off the main road, with friendly staff and plenty of plants that make it feel like an oasis in the neighborhood. There's WiFi, and every room has a TV, though mine was tuned to the Premier League. I was there during the Africa Cup of Nations and thought it would've been a good time to tune in. I like this place.

The hotel was clean and nice, and the room was fine. The problem came when I arrived: I had booked for two, but they asked me to pay extra, the same amount I'd already paid in advance. They said people of the same sex couldn't share a double bed, but that rule wasn't mentioned anywhere.

My wife and son were really happy with our stay. The rooms are fancy, and the beds and bathrooms are lovely. So far, this has been the best place in Tororo for couples, solo guests, or small groups, with very affordable prices and services that were just perfect.
