2 Friends Beach Hotel

A quiet lakeside dinner was a lovely way to finish our Uganda trip. The restaurant is across a very quiet street, and the hotel is close to the airport, which worked well for our early flight without any plane noise disturbing us. We were greeted with a beer, and the peaceful pool area and attentive staff made it easy to relax. The rooms were good too. Some one-star reviews seem to come from people misunderstanding the rating system, so the hotel's overall score should be much higher. A perfect end to our trip.

The pool was a beautiful place to unwind, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. We had a great meal at the restaurant beside Lake Victoria, and it was a lovely way to wrap up our trip. A lot of the one-star ratings seem to be mistakes, as the reviews themselves are very positive.

Sitting beside the waves, watching king fishers in the cool breeze, was a highlight. The lakeside restaurant and bar had tasty food, good drinks, and friendly service. I also loved the peaceful setting, the well-designed gardens and pool, and my comfortable room with a big balcony overlooking both. Breakfast was great, and the airport shuttle was really convenient. This is my favorite place I've stayed in Uganda, and I wish I could have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back.

The seafood at the restaurant was delicious, and we loved watching the sunset over the beach. Friends Beach Hotel had a relaxed, friendly feel that made us comfortable right away. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our cozy room and beautiful ocean views made the vacation memorable. We enjoyed every minute with friends and can't wait to come back. Five stars, highly recommended.
