Frontiers Hotel Entebbe

We ended up staying four nights and were very happy with the experience. The staff were amazing, always smiling and so nice, and kept the place spotless. Breakfast was included, which was a bonus, and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were perfectly fine and good value for money. It's close to the airport, with a free shuttle. They really helped us out when a long delay meant we arrived past midnight and couldn't reach the accommodation we'd booked. The location also made it easy to get to the center. We explored the lake and walked back.

After we went out on a trip, I noticed my AirPods were missing. I checked the GPS, and the last location and last time online were shortly after we had left our room at this hotel. When we returned, the room had been nicely cleaned. The hotel is investigating, but so far I haven't received a refund or my AirPods back. I'll leave this review up to warn others that personal belongings may not be safe in the room. I hope this gets resolved soon.

A nice, cool spot to hang out and relax.

The food was decent, and the price was reasonable. Its location near Entebbe Airport worked well for our overnight stay before an early flight. But the breakfast we'd arranged was included in the rate, and the staff had agreed to take our order. At checkout, the person on duty was running around trying to find the chef to make it. That was very unsettling with small children with me, and we would have missed our flight if we waited. Nobody has contacted us since to explain or apologize. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with family.
