Victoria Rock Resort Entebbe

The views of Lake Victoria, especially at sunrise and sunset, are gorgeous, and the beds are really comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious food. What made Victoria Rock Resort stand out most for me was how warmly the staff treated me. Every woman on the team took time to chat, ask how I slept, and see if I needed anything. They were hardworking, talented, and genuinely grateful to their guests. Madam Judith is a lovely, friendly manager who did everything she could to make my stay wonderful. Marion, Tessa, Costance, and Vesta were always kind and helpful, and Precious went the extra mile with my room, cleaning it beautifully and leaving a special surprise. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. You don't need a 5-star hotel to get 5-star service, and that's exactly how it felt at Victoria Rock. They clearly care about making guests feel special. Thank you, Victoria Rock!

The meals were enjoyable, and the staff were very welcoming. Patience from the service team and Vasta from House Keeping were especially hospitable. Victoria Rock hotel also has a lovely view of the lake. I hope to visit again soon.

The rooms were clean and looked just like the photos. Breakfast was nicely prepared, and Constant brought it on time just as I requested. Everyone at the resort was friendly, and Allen made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived, guiding me through everything. I booked a single room with a lake view and complimentary airport shuttle for my night arrival and one-night stop before heading to Kampala. Dickson was already waiting well before my flight, holding a sign with my name, so I spotted him easily. He was professional and enthusiastic. The resort is conveniently close to the airport. Robert was also very responsive when I called to book from my country. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting entebbe.

The lake view from Victoria Rock Resort is excellent. I visited a week ago and found the rooms very clean and well looked after by the caring staff. There was a good variety of food, and it was excellent quality. The staff were cheerful and kind. I recommend tipping them, as it will encourage them to keep doing their best.
