Paradise Eco-Hub

We went canoeing to nearby islands and visited a local school, where we had lovely conversations with the students. The community has many meaningful support projects, and we encourage future visitors to consider contributing to some of them. The domes are full of light, open to the breeze, and look out over the lake with a magical view. Lake Bunyonyi means “the place of little birds,” and all day we were surrounded by birdsong, like being inside a Disney storybook. Paradise Eco Hub feels like a waking fairy tale. The team is young, enthusiastic, welcoming, and professional. Well done, everyone, keep going just like this. It’s a dreamy place and an experience we’ll never forget.

I honestly feel like I could stay here forever. The peace is unmatched, and the service was out of this world. From the moment the boat arrives, they make you feel at home and take care of you in every way. On my islands tour, my guide Onesmus was great. He even showed me the different room options with so much passion and excitement. I really hope I can come back. It’s that nice.

Getting to Paradise Eco Hub by boat was an amazing experience in itself. We arrived at sunset, and Silas and the whole staff gave us a warm welcome. Staying in one of the Geo Domes, I loved falling asleep to nature sounds and waking up to reflections of sunlight on the lake. It feels like being on another planet. Silas and the team have made it a model for sustainable tourism, both environmentally and socially. Money from the resort goes back into sustainable projects, including a women's savings group and a local school, supporting the community's growth and development. Paradise Eco Hub is a real gem on Lake Bunyonyi and an experience not to miss in Uganda. I can only recommend booking a few nights, you won't be disappointed.
