We had good service from our waiter, and the food was okay, though not great. The other staff were busy getting ready for the evening festivities, with sound checks and speakers being set up, while we were trying to have a quiet lunch. It wasn't terrible, but I don't think we'll return.

Aquarius Resort has a vacation feel, and I especially noticed the pool view and decor. The food is the must-try item for my audience who rely on me for details, though it's premium priced at around 40k UGX. As a travel influencer and Airbnb expert, I'm always on the lookout for hidden gems in Uganda, and this one didn't disappoint. If you go, ask for Mr Raymond, The General Manager. The surroundings are nice and the place has potential, but my first visit to Aquarius Kigo Resort was disappointing. I came on Christmas hoping for a good lunch with my loved ones, and our food took over two and a half hours to arrive. The ladies at reception weren't welcoming at all. I hope management improves both the speed of service and customer care so guests can enjoy their time there. Thank you.

Aquarius Resort Kigo felt like a home away from home. We had a peaceful atmosphere, lovely lake views, good food, and amazing staff. Every moment felt special, and I can't wait to come back.
