Dear Management, I’m writing to complain about the service and an unfair charge during my recent stay. I checked in at exactly 12:00 PM and checked out at 12:00 PM the following day, keeping to the stated times. Even so, I was charged an extra half of the initial payment. Breakfast wasn’t included, and no clear explanation was given for the additional amount. I found the charge both disappointing and unjustified. This lack of transparency and poor service falls short of reasonable hospitality standards. Please explain the charge clearly and reconsider it, or refund the amount that wasn’t justified. The view across the City of Kampala is great, and it’s simply a lovely place to stay. I had an issue with the water heater, but the service was friendly and the restaurant is accessible around the clock.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and my room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The food was delicious too, with a broad choice of local and international dishes. Bukandula Hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and service made my stay memorable. Its location made it easy to get to major attractions around Kampala. I’d recommend Bukandula Hotel for either business or leisure, and I can’t wait to return.

My friends and I had been looking all over the city for somewhere comfortable, lively, and welcoming, and we finally found it at Bukandula hotel. Once you get there, you can see why people wonder about it, the place is spacious and well situated. The people are polite and humble, and the service is high quality. It really has a character of its own, with a unique and generous feel. Come experience it for yourself.

From 5/8/2024 to 8/8/2024, I had a really good stay at Bukandula hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a great view, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the wifi was fast. A solid choice.
